Saturday

I wish I had time for a trip to the library today.

I love to go to the library.

When I was a kid, my dad would drop me off there on

Saturday mornings while he did a few things in town...

we had a town back then.

I was safe there. We didn't have the worries we have today.

I would choose my books and sit in the window seat

on the second floor of the library waiting for dad.

I love to read but it seems every thing else eats up

my time. My free time is spent painting.

My goal this week-NO watching CNN.

Maybe I should go get a Nancy Drew book

and a bag of M&M's and curl up with a blanket!
